We usually deliver our orders inside Dubai (UAE) or in Jabel Ali Freezone. We can also manage delivery to Mersen port (Turkey). However, if you want your order to be delivered somewhere else, we'll try our best to support you.

The simple answer is no. However, we usually try to support our customers, but we cannot be certain that we can provide all maintenance parts at all times. 

Yes, We do provide spare parts for our owned brands. However, its still subject to availability especially for old models.

The only accepted payment method is bank wire transfer. However, for small orders, we can exceptionally accept cash or PayPal payment

No, we don't accept return if the customer changed his mind. However, if a customer has a quality-related issue, we will help him/her to solve it in all possible ways including financial compensation if the problem cannot be solved by software or specific spare parts. Customers would be asked to supply definite proofs. Please keep in mind that Lifetec only deal with trusted suppliers and high quality products, and the possibility to have such problem is almost 0%.
